KW Inflatable No Hassle Weather Policy

We understand the importance of ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients and their guests. Our weather policy is designed to address various weather scenarios while maintaining flexibility and fairness.

1. Rescheduling Due to Weather: If weather conditions prevent us from safely setting up and operating any of our equipment, we will collaborate with you to find a suitable time day of or an alternative date. This could be within the same week or extend to the following week, depending on availability. In cases where cancellation is necessary and determined by us, due to more than 5 mm of rain during the event times specified, we will issue a full refund day of event.

2. Safety Considerations: We prioritize the safety of participants, especially children, and the integrity of our equipment. In rare cases of very poor weather or extreme conditions, we may need to cancel to ensure everyone's well-being.

3. Commitment to Delivering Services: We are committed to making every effort to deliver our services, even in the presence of minor weather disruptions. However, we reserve the right to cancel if weather conditions pose a risk to participants or equipment safety. Delivery times are between 7:30AM-11:00AM, pickup time is between 6:00PM-9:30PM (October 1st to November 1st pickup is 5:30PM to 9:30PM). We determine drop of and pick up depending on our scheduled route for the day. Times can also very dependent on weather conditions to ensure safety of all participants. If equipment deposit is made, we reserve the right to determine day of event if refund is available.

4. Conditions for Setup: Bouncy castles, inflatables, and carnival machines should not be operated in thunderstorms, excessive rain, temperature below -5 degrees Celsius, or in winds exceeding 25-30 km/h. Higher winds can pose a significant safety risk. Setup may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons.

5. Cancelation: There will be no cancelation or rescheduling after deposit or payment is received and booking is made. Cancelation of rental equipment will forfeit deposit or payment and could be liable for the full cost of the rental determine by KW Inflatable Castles & Carnival Machines.
